Our Story
Robert Peaden founded Peaden Air Conditioning back in 1969 in Panama City, FL. He built the company on the bedrock of the values of honesty, quality service, and unparalleled customer care. The company started to grow, helping more and more customers with the harsh heat of Panama City, until it became the most trusted local name in AC repair and installation.
Our company has since expanded in the services we offer and the locations we serve. Robert handed the company to his son Mike, who continued the dedication to his father’s core values that originally built the company. Peaden expanded from air conditioning to heating, plumbing, and electrical service, both for residential and commercial customers. We opened more locations throughout the Gulf Coast to reach more people who needed our level of service, including Baldwin County, AL. Today, as Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical, we are still family-owned and operated, headed by brothers Clint and Briant Daws.
