In 1969, Robert Peaden established Peaden Air Conditioning in Panama City, FL. Focused on principles of honesty, quality service, and unmatched customer care, the company thrived. Initially catering to the scorching temperatures of Panama City, it quickly became the go-to local source for reliable AC repair and installation.
Under Robert’s leadership, the company expanded its services and geographical reach. As the reins passed to his son, Mike, the commitment to the core values remained unwavering. Peaden diversified from air conditioning to encompass heating, plumbing, and electrical services for both residential and commercial clients. The Gulf Coast witnessed the opening of more locations, including Fort Walton Beach, AL. Today, operating as Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical, the company remains family-owned and led by brothers Clint and Briant Daws.
