Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical has over 50 years of history helping customers in the Gulf Coast get the most from their comfort, plumbing, and electrical systems. We’re a licensed and insured residential and commercial contractor delivering air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and electrical services.
From our small beginnings, we’ve grown to serve Gulf Breeze, Pensacola, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and Panama City, Florida. We’re proud of our assembled team of NATE-certified, Comfort Institute-certified, and NADCA technicians, consultants, and customer service representatives. Our goal is to deliver impressive service consistently with the highest level of integrity and performance excellence, combined with the best products in the industry.

Our Story
Our company started out of necessity: battling the intense and unforgiving heat of Panama City! In 1969, Robert Peaden started an air conditioning installation and service company that he operated out of his home garage. Robert continued to build Peaden Air Conditioning on the values of honesty, quality service, and the best in customer care. The company started to grow along with the community until Peaden Air Conditioning became the most trusted name in AC repair and installation in Panama City.
The company passed down to Robert’s son Mike, who brought the company into the 21st century while still adhering to the same foundational values that made the company a success in the first place. We’ve expanded to include plumbing and electrical services to residential and commercial customers. Our service territory expanded with demand to include Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and Pensacola. Today, brothers Clint and Briant Daws head the family-run and locally-owned business.
