Our Story
Peaden Air Conditioning was established by Robert Peaden in 1969 in Panama City, FL. The foundation of the company was built on principles such as honesty, delivering high-quality service, and providing unmatched customer care. As the company started to thrive, it became a trusted local name for AC repair and installation, offering relief to numerous customers dealing with the intense heat of Panama City.
Over the years, our company has evolved, both in terms of the services we offer and the areas we serve. Robert passed the reins to his son, Mike, who continued the commitment to his father’s core values that laid the groundwork for the company’s success. Peaden expanded its services from air conditioning to heating, plumbing, and electrical services, catering to both residential and commercial customers. To reach a broader audience, including Tallahassee, FL, we opened additional locations throughout the Gulf Coast. Today, operating as Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical, we remain a family-owned and operated business, led by brothers Clint and Briant Daws.
