Our Story
In 1969, Robert Peaden established Peaden Air Conditioning in Panama City, FL. Guided by principles of honesty, quality service, and unmatched customer care, he laid the foundation for the company. Starting with providing relief from the intense heat of Panama City, the company rapidly expanded and earned the distinction of being the most reliable local name in AC repair and installation.
Over time, our services and geographic reach broadened. Robert entrusted the company to his son, Mike, who continued to uphold the core values instilled by his father. Peaden evolved from focusing solely on air conditioning to offering comprehensive services in heating, plumbing, and electrical work for both residential and commercial clients. Expanding across the Gulf Coast, including Pensacola, FL, the company is now Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical, still family-owned and operated under the leadership of brothers Clint and Briant Daws.
